WORLD HEART DAY 2020. Support toolkit for the football family

World Heart Day is celebrated on 29 September each year and is an initiative of the World Heart Federation (WHF). It is the world’s largest platform for raising awareness of cardiovascular disease (CVD) which includes heart disease and stroke.

Five substitutions allowed for 2020/21 club and national team competitions

The UEFA Executive Committee today decided, after an agreement with the European Club Association and the European Leagues, to recover the dates lost due to the cancellation of the March 2020 window and the postponement of EURO 2020 to the summer of 2021, by extending the March and September 2021 windows in the FIFA international match calendar so that three matches instead of two could be accommodated. This solution has already been implemented, with FIFA’s approval, for the international windows of October and November 2020.

Fortuna 1. liga matches to be broadcast in the USA

Fortuna 1. liga moves beyond Poland. In the 2020–21 season, fans in the United States will be able to watch three matches from each round, which in Poland will be directly broadcast by Polsat Sport. In the USA, the matches will be available on Sling TV.
