Emotional roller coaster with a successful ending. Poles beat Turkey
The fifth match of the youth national teams ended with a fourth win. This time it was the U-20 team managed by Miłosz Stępiński that emerged victorious, beating Turkey 4:2 in the third round of the Elite League. The Polish national team provided the fans with plenty of excitement, first taking a quick two-goal lead, then shattering it before winning by two goals after the break. The goals for our team were scored by Jan Ziółkowski, Wiktor Nowak, Dariusz Stalmach and Jan Żuberek.
U-20: the white and reds fought Germany as equals
In the second round of the Elite League, the Polish Under-20 national team drew 1:1 with their German peers. The players of coach Miłosz Stępiński took the lead after a beautiful goal by Tomasz Pieńka, but Ben Bobzein equalised.

Poland's national under-20 football team made a great start in the Elite League tournament. At the stadium in Łomża, Poland beat Portugal by as much as 4:0. The goals were scored by Cezary Polak, Marcel Błachewicz, Dominik Marczuk and Tomasz Pieńko.
U-20: Poland defeated Italy
Led by coach Miłosz Stępiński, the Polish U-20 national team won in San Benedetto del Tronto 1:0 against the Italian national team in a match played as part of the Elite League. The goal for the White-and-Reds was scored by Maksymilian Tkocz.
U-20: The white-and-reds tied with Norway. Kurminowski's last-minute goal
Despite a few good opportunities, including Dawid Kurminowski's one-to-one situation, the U-20 Polish national team scored only one goal, even though it was only in the last minute. In the friendly match held in Bytów, Jacek Magiera's team was losing 0:1 after a penalty goal, but managed to earn a draw thanks to Karol Czubak's assist and Dawid Kurminowski's goal. It was the white-and-reds' last game this year.
u-20: Call-ups for Germany
U-20 Polish national team's coach Marcin Dorna has named 17 players for a Poland - Germany game that will take place on the 18th of November 2014. The white-and-reds need a victory in at least one of the next two games to secure a top stop in the Four Nations Tournament.
